Participating in menu development and utilization of food surpluses,
taking into account number of guests, marketing conditions, popularities.
Estimates food consumption, purchases, and kitchen supplies.
Reviews menus, analyzes recipes and determines daily menus.
Review food, labor and overhead costs on daily basis.
Directs food production policy to control costs.
Supervises cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinates
their assignments to ensure economical and timely food production.
Observes methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions,
and garnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared according to kitchen system.
Devises special dishes and develops recipes.

REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree or equivalent from 2 year college or technical school
Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Develop new recipes.
Expert knowledge of Asian cuisine food specifications.
Team player and training skill.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Prepare purchase order, maintain and control food supplies and inventories,
Contact suppliers to schedule timely deliveries to ensure quality of raw products.
Resolve shortages, missed, late deliveries, and other problems.
Analyze supplier trends, follow up on orders placed, verify delivery, and maintain records and supply levels.

Job Duties:
Review, analyze, and update company's dispute resolution policies involving customers, vendors, and employees. Facilitate and resolve labor grievances, disputes, employee issues and concerns. Interview and survey workers, vendors, and customers to gather information on working environment, quality of service, customer satisfaction level, and assess company's performance, and identify and remedy the areas of improvement to prevent potential disputes and problems. Prepare and represent the company at personnel-related hearings and investigations as well as hearings and investigations on vendor or customer disputes. Provide counseling and assistance to employees and all levels of management in employee or management issues.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field

JOB TITLE:MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST

Job Duties: Research market conditions and trend at the local and regional level to determine trends of emerging in the food service industry, strengths & weakness of competition, analyze the market potential to improve sales and to provide a foundation for an effective marketing plan. Examine and analyze statistical data to forecast future marketing trends. Incorporate market research into Company’s marketing strategies and create financial projection. Monitor and analyze activities of competitors pricing, marketing methods, and quality.

Job Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive experience.
